RoomStream launch

• RoomStream licenses now available. New license type specifically for streaming digital signage to Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms between meetings.
• Generate RoomStream URLs: Create secure streaming URLs directly from the Devices page via new “Create RoomStream” option in Register Device dropdown
• Playlist-only publishing: RoomStream devices can subscribe to Playlist-only Channels for full-screen content display
• Connection-based licensing: Per concurrent connection rather than per registered device – license the maximum number of rooms displaying content simultaneously
• Live connection monitoring: View active connections in real-time from the Devices page and Device Edit screen
• Adjustable connection allocation: Increase or decrease concurrent connections per RoomStream device as needed
• Connection management: Manually disconnect unwanted connections from the live connections view
• URL regeneration: Regenerate RoomStream URLs (invalidates previous URL)

How RoomStream works:

• No additional hardware required — uses native digital signage capability in MTR Pro and Zoom Rooms systems
• Content streams when rooms are idle, disappears automatically when meetings start
• Deploy remotely via Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal or Zoom Rooms admin portal
