We usein over 40 locations across the UK
Why were you / your company looking to use Digital Signage?
We operate a similar system within BT and we wanted something similar for partner organisations that can’t connect to BT’s internal service. For partners, we also wanted to run different content to BT’s internal service so that it was more appropriate for non-BT employees.
What were the primary objectives of implementing Digital Signage?
We want our partner sales offices to feel connected to “big BT”, to feel part of us and to stay bang up to date with the latest news and information about BT products and services.
What made you choose to use?
seemed to offer exactly what we were looking for – easy to manage, update and control. Without any need for specialist knowledge of platform management I was able to publish a channel within minutes.
What features of the software do you use most?
Publishing new content to our channel in an almost daily basis means that our content stays fresh and interesting.
What do you like most about?
It’s so easy to use. And flexible too. We can publish videos, text or use the apps. It was also important that we could give the service a BT branded look and that was really easy to do too.
What do you think of the support provided?
Support is really good. Fast and efficient. Usually, any issues on the service are a result of user error but theteam are really patient and helpful to us.
What business challenges are you overcoming by using?
The problem we had is that we wanted sites outside of BT’s internal network to have a similar messaging system to our directly employed sales teams.solved that and gives us a nice, easy to use platform. We call it Spotlight TV and it’s developed into a must have method of engagement with our indirect salesforce.
Has the Digital Signage project been successful?
We started out with one screen per site but we’re now at two per site. Because the service is so easy to update we were able to change to a new brand design for BT within minutes. It takes ages to introduce new branding into our sites but withwe had our screens sorted very quickly.
