Nexmosphere XC-748 and Content App updates

Enhancement:

Content Apps (SharePoint News, Teams Channels, Social Media, MRSS) will now show a content logo placeholder instead of a broken image placeholder when offline

Bug Fixes:

Issue where setting custom amount of slides on Teams Channel Content App would cause playback to break
Nexmopshere XC-748 showing incorrect channel configurations. Channel configurations are now as per Nexmosphere documentation
