Frequently Asked Payment Questions
How do I pay?
Licenses are purchased through a global network of resellers. Once you’re ready to place an order, contact us and we will put you in touch with a reseller in your territory to process your payment.
Are there any set up fees?
Don’t worry, there are no hidden set up fees, you sign up and use for 28 days, completely free of charge. After this period, you simply purchase device licenses to continue using the software.
What’s the contract length?
Licenses are sold on an annual basis but can also be pro-rata to a specified date.
Can I upgrade a license?
You can upgrade any Standard license to an Analytics license no problem. This can be done by either a new annual term for the upgrade or a supplement to upgrade to the original license expiry.
Can I have both license types?
It’s possible to have a mix of analytics and standard licenses on an account – it’s all about having the relevant license applied to the relevant device. Licenses can be changed between devices during the duration of the license period meaning you can run analytics on one device for a period then swap it the license to another device and so on.
Can I pay monthly?
In some circumstances, our resellers may offer monthly payment plans for licenses. To see if you can obtain monthly pricing please contact us.
