Enhancement:

Collapse / expand plugins section
Account Settings, User Profile and Reseller area moved to logged in user details section
Hover over info icon next to account name to see account ID
Reseller keyboard shortcut: CMD+K (mac), CTRL+K (windows) to quick access ‘switch account’ modal
