Updated default video playlist animation setting and Room Booking bug fix

Enhancement:

Updated default playlist animation setting for video: For new accounts only, the default settings for video transitions in playlists is set to none. To update this in existing accounts, please do so vai your Accounts Settings > Default Settings.

Bug Fix:

Fixed bug where user was unable to save a Room Booking Room if the user didn’t have any external services on their account
